Room Details:

• The newly fitout room (May 2025) comes fully furnished with desk, seating, storage for materials, dimmable lighting, perfect for accommodating sensory preferences, and heating/cooling for year round temperature comfort.

• The consulting space is suitable for psychologists, counsellors, OTs, speech pathologists, and other allied health professionals. The clinic is a child psychology practice, so anyone working with children is welcome to enquire.

Fees for 2025 are as follows:

• Clinicians who are renting 1-2 days per week pay a daily rate of $170 + GST.

• Clinicians who are renting 3 or more days per week pay a reduced daily rate of $155 + GST.

• Arrangements can be made dependent on availability for access outside usual day at $30 + GST per hour.

• Flexible lease terms to accommodate your practice needs.

• Current office availability Monday – Saturday.
