Psychology Intervention and Support
At Little Minds Child Psychology, we provide tailored psychological support for individuals, primarily aged 4-16 years, and caregivers. Psychology sessions look different for every individual and may include a combination of individual work with the client and working collaboratively with all involved in their care (i.e., parent coaching and support, school consultation, and liaising with other members of the care team).
We provide support for a range of presentations including:
Emotional regulation
Anxiety, stress, low mood
Navigating the social world including social communication, interpersonal relationships, and social interactions
Navigating life transitions
Supporting with school challenges including learning differences and school attendance
Caregiver support and capacity building
Sessions are available face-to-face and online via telehealth.
We are currently taking enquiries for ongoing psychological support, with limited availability.
